One Desktop Device, Two Probes — Radio Frequency for Face and Body

The SQ19 is a home-use radio frequency (RF) beauty device built around 2MHz bipolar RF energy and a continuous output mode. Instead of one universal head, it ships with two dedicated probes that share a single interface: a tripolar probe for the face and a larger sextupole probe for the body.

Both probes emit RF energy together with a red light. You apply a specialized conductive cream, glide the probe slowly across the treatment area, and let the device's skin temperature sensing keep the session controlled. Ten minutes is one full session — no gels to buy in bulk, no consumables to replace, and no downtime afterwards.

The base unit is a stable triangular console with a physical intensity dial and a start/pause key, so you can adjust energy up or down mid-session without looking away from a mirror.

âś“ Two Probes, One Console
A tripolar head for facial contours and a sextupole head for the body. Both connect to the same port on the base unit.
âś“ 2MHz Bipolar RF, Continuous Output
60W of continuous RF output at 2MHz, with a 110–240V adapter so the same unit works across regions.
âś“ Non-Invasive, No Downtime
No anaesthetic, no needles and no recovery period. A session takes about ten minutes and you can go straight back to your day.

Two Probes, Two Treatment Zones

The tripolar probe (three electrode poles) is the smaller face head. Its compact contact area follows the curve of the cheeks, jawline and neck — what you want for smaller, contoured zones.

The sextupole probe (six electrode poles) is the wider body head. The larger plate covers more surface in one pass, so abdomen, waist, thighs and arms take far less time to work through.

Tripolar Probe — Face and Neck

Three electrode poles sit in a red-light housing. The manual recommends working along the forehead, the cheekbone and the jaw in slow, continuous strokes — the probe should never sit still on one spot for more than two to three seconds.

Keep the plate flat and vertical against the skin so all poles stay in contact. Lift the probe off the skin and the unit pauses automatically, which makes it easy to reposition between zones.

Sextupole Probe — Body Areas

Six electrode poles arranged in a ring, on a head noticeably wider than the face probe. The manual lists the abdomen, waist, thighs, legs and arms as its working areas, plus neck and chin at the smaller end of the scale.

Because the plate is wide, you cover a body area in fewer passes — useful when a full session has to fit into ten minutes.

Where You Can Use It

Designed for these face and body areas:

How to Use

1. Place the console on a flat, hard surface so the base vents can breathe. Avoid soft surfaces such as a blanket.
2. Push the probe connector fully into the handle, then plug the handle lead into the base unit and connect the power adapter.
3. Remove make-up and cleanse the skin. Apply a 1–3mm layer of specialized conductive RF cream to the treatment area — the manual requires a dedicated RF cream rather than a standard moisturiser.
4. Switch the unit on and set the intensity with the dial. Start at the lowest level and step up only as your skin gets used to it.
5. Press start and glide the probe slowly and continuously. Keep the plate flat and vertical to the skin, and do not hold one spot for more than two to three seconds.
6. One session runs about 10 minutes. When the cream dries and the glide gets draggy, reapply a little cream and continue.
7. After the session, wipe the cream off the skin, the handle and the electrode plate.
8. Follow with an essence or moisturising cream, and apply sunscreen if you are going outdoors.

Standby and Working Modes

Standby mode. Once powered, the unit runs a self-check. If nothing is abnormal it waits in standby with the energy set to its lowest level.
Working mode. With the probe touching the skin, press the start key and the unit begins to output energy. The indicator turns green whenever the probe loses full contact with the skin.

Safety Notes

Before you start. Read the manual fully. Cleanse the skin and apply the specialized conductive cream before every session — the manual states the device should not be operated without it.
During use. Move the probe slowly and continuously, keep it away from the eye area, and never leave it resting on one spot. The unit is not designed for continuous long operation — the manual advises stopping for 15 minutes after every 30 minutes of working time.
Storage. Keep the unit away from direct sunlight, high temperatures and damp places, protect it from impact, do not disassemble it yourself, and keep it out of reach of children.
Do not use this device if any of the following applies to you
• Broken, wounded or inflamed skin — avoid that area • Epilepsy, heart disease, cancer or diabetes • Any metal implant or electronic medical device in the body • Pregnancy, breastfeeding, or during the menstrual period

After Your Session

Skin can feel dry straight after an RF session, so the manual puts the emphasis on moisture and sun protection:

âś“ moisturize and apply sun protection âś“ No hot water on the face for 3 days (warm water is fine) âś“ No hot springs or saunas for 3 days âś“ A face mask about 3 times a week, as suggested in the manual

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the SQ19 designed for?
It is a home-use radio frequency device for facial and body care. The tripolar probe is intended for the face, jawline and neck, and the sextupole probe for larger body areas such as the abdomen, waist, thighs and arms.
How often can I use it, and how long is one session?
The manufacturer’s guidance is no more than twice a day — once in the morning and once in the evening — with each session running about 10 minutes. Start at the lowest intensity and increase gradually.
Do I need a special cream?
Yes. The manual requires a specialized conductive RF cream, applied as a 1–3mm layer over the treatment area, and states that using it is what keeps the treatment safe and lets the device perform as intended. Standard moisturiser is not a substitute.
Can I use it right after a bath or sauna?
Yes, but wipe the skin dry first. Any water left on the surface should be removed before you start.
Will a low energy setting still work?
Setting the intensity too low reduces the effect. The manual advises choosing a level that suits your skin and tolerance, and working up from the lowest setting rather than starting high.
Can I use it on the eye area?
The safety section of the manual states that you should take care to avoid the eyes during facial treatment. Keep the probe off the eye itself and follow the hand-movement diagrams in the manual when working near the contours of the face.
Who should not use this device?
Anyone with broken or wounded skin in the treatment area, epilepsy, heart disease, cancer or diabetes; anyone with a metal implant or electronic medical device in the body; and women who are pregnant, breastfeeding or menstruating. See the full Safety Notes above.
Is it safe at home, and is there any downtime?
The SQ19 is built for home use and works without surgery, anaesthetic or needles. There is no recovery period — you can return to your normal routine straight after a session.
What is included with the device?
The main console, the tripolar face probe, the sextupole body probe and the power adapter. See What’s in the Box below.
Will it work with my local power supply?
The power adapter accepts 110–240V at 50–60Hz with a maximum draw of 2A. The device ships with US / EU / UK / AU plug options.
