Lay it out
Place the mat flat on a stable, clean, dry surface. Connect the supplied adapter and keep the on-mat control panel clear of body pressure.
Choose your light
Long-press the side button to switch on. Select your channels, brightness and timer using the supplied instructions.
Switch off & store
Unplug before cleaning. Wipe with a soft, lightly damp cloth, dry thoroughly and store without sharp creases.

What components are shown in the instructions?
The manufacturer instructions show the flexible light mat, on-mat control panel, matching cable and adapter, and user instructions.
Can I combine near-infrared with the other lights?
Yes. The IR channel can be selected alone or in combination. It is invisible light, so visible brightness is not a reliable measure of its output.
Is it a sauna or heated mat?
The supplied manual describes LED light channels and does not specify a separate far-infrared heater or sauna function.
How long should a session be?
Follow the supplied instructions. The 30-minute default and 60-minute maximum describe timer functions, not a universal session recommendation. The manual also describes a 000 setting for continuous operation; longer use is not automatically better. Stay awake and present throughout use.
How do I clean it?
Switch off and unplug. Use a soft, lightly damp cloth and wipe dry. The mat is not waterproof: do not immerse, rinse or use in wet conditions. Avoid corrosive cleaners and sharp creases.
Use precautions
Read the manual before use. Avoid looking directly into the LEDs; keep the unit and connections dry and away from flammable materials. Do not cover the device, leave it unattended or sleep during use. Stop immediately if discomfort occurs. The manual lists skin disease or severe infection, bleeding tendency, epilepsy, fever or feeling unwell, and use within one month of facial fillers or reshaping procedures as restrictions. Do not use a damaged, deformed or unusually smelling unit. Keep children and packaging safely away; do not disassemble or modify the product. Use the supplied cables and adapter.
Manufacturer warranty
The manufacturer lists a one-year warranty from purchase for material or production defects, subject to the manual’s terms. Retain your proof of purchase. Exclusions include misuse, incompatible power supplies, unauthorized repairs, wear and consumables, as described in the manual.
