What's on the Console
The layout is deliberately simple. One treatment handle sits on the docking plate at the centre. To its right, two smaller probes rest in their own holders — the eye probe (small) and the face probe (medium). The body probe (large) stores separately.
Below the docking plate you get the energy readout, the Energy − / Energy + keys for stepping the intensity, and a single Start / Pause key. That's the whole control surface — nothing to configure, nothing to pair with a phone.
Swappable Tips for Three Treatment Zones
Each tip is sized for the area it is meant to work on, and all three screw onto the same handle. The eye tip has the smallest contact area, which is what you want when you need to work close to the contours of the eye area. The face tip is a step wider for cheeks, jawline and neck.
Swapping takes seconds, so a single session can move from face to body without setting the device down. The manual notes each tip works best when paired with a suitable skincare product.

Five Intensity Levels
Five steps, adjustable mid-session with the Energy keys. The manual’s advice is straightforward: pick the level that suits your skin rather than defaulting to the highest setting.
Start at level 1, work a small area first, and step up only when the warmth feels comfortable rather than sharp. Most people settle one or two levels below maximum — the higher settings are there for body areas, where the skin is thicker than the face.
How to Use
1. Stand the device on a flat, hard surface so the base vents can breathe properly.
2. Fit the tip you need — eye, face or body — onto the treatment handle, then connect the handle.
3. Plug in the power adapter and switch the unit on.
4. Cleanse and dry the treatment area, then apply about a 1mm layer of the specialized conductive cream or your skincare product.
5. Choose the intensity with the Energy keys. Begin at the lowest level and increase gradually.
6. Press Start and glide the probe slowly and continuously over the area. Do not hold it still on one spot. If the cream dries and the glide becomes draggy, apply a little more and carry on.
7. Keep the electrode plate flat and vertical against the skin so full contact is maintained throughout the pass.
8. Afterwards, wipe the cream off the skin, the handle and the electrode plate. Use a dry white cloth — residue left on the head will affect performance.
9. Finish with an essence or moisturiser. Apply sunscreen if you are heading outdoors, and the manual suggests a face mask after use.
Standby and Working Modes
Standby mode. On power-up the unit self-checks. If nothing is abnormal it waits in standby with the output energy at its lowest level.
Working mode. With the probe in contact with the skin, press the on/off key and the unit begins to output energy.
Safety Notes
Before you start. Read the manual fully. Remove make-up, cleanse the skin and apply the specialized cream first — the manual states the device must not be operated without it.
During use. Keep the plate flat and vertical to the skin, glide without pressing, and pause the device whenever the probe leaves the skin. Take care to avoid the eye area during facial treatment.
